By accessing our website (www.ensuresafe.sg) and purchasing our workplace safety courses, digital products, or consultancy services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Acceptance

By using this Website or making a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or using this platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.

2. Services Offered

Ensure Safe provides:

  • Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) training courses (e.g., bizSAFE, ISO awareness, committee training).
  • Consultancy services related to risk assessments, compliance, audits, and certifications.
  • Digital products and downloadable content (e.g., templates, toolkits, checklists).

All services and content are intended for professional use within Singapore regulatory frameworks.

3. Bookings & Payment Terms

  • All bookings and purchases must be made through our official website (www.ensuresafe.sg).
  • We accept payments securely via Razorpay. Razorpay is a third-party payment gateway that complies with industry-standard PCI-DSS regulations.
  • All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment must be made to confirm your registration or order. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

For Courses:

  • Cancellations made at least 3 working days prior to course start are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course or no-shows will not be refunded.
  • Substituting a participant is allowed upon request (must be informed before course day).

For Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued for downloadable items once delivered.
  • If you encounter issues with access or file quality, contact us for support.

For Consultancy Services:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled consultancy session to receive a partial refund (subject to administrative deductions).
  • Services already delivered (in part or full) are non-refundable.

5. Payment Gateway Terms (Razorpay)

  • By proceeding with payment, you authorize Ensure Safe to share payment-related information with Razorpay.
  • Razorpay may require identity verification (KYC) or bank authentication to process your payment.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated through Razorpay and processed back to your original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration or purchase.
  • Use the materials and training content strictly for personal or organizational use.
  • Not share course access, downloads, or consultancy materials with third parties without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including course material, graphics, text, logos, and downloads—is the property of Ensure Safe Consultancy Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Singapore copyright laws.

You may not copy, reuse, resell, or distribute any content without written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ensure Safe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or courses.
  • Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the particular service or product.
  • We are not responsible for transaction errors or service interruptions caused by third-party services such as Razorpay.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We do not store your card details on our servers.

10. Course & Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
  • Course content and facilitators may be subject to change without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and effective immediately. Continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
