Refund Policy & Procedure

• When the participant/ sponsor company decide to pull out from the registered course,
  before commencement of course, on the first day of course or mid way through course.
  He or she shall request for refund of fees paid.
• The fees can only be refunded to participants, if they inform at least 3 days before
  commencement of course using form (ESC-SOP-01 B).
• Any cancellations only 50% of the fees will be refunded.
• If the participant decide to change the date to next run he/she shall decide so, subject
  to Ensure safe approval
• The form shall be processed, and approved amount shall be paid to participants
  accordingly

Refund Procedure

• Ensure Safe will communicate to you within 3 working days.
• If you are eligible for the refund, it will be communicated and refund to you within 7 workings days from the date of your request.
• The Accountant shall process all approved course fee refunds.
• Processing time for approved refunds is seven working days.
